The Медовий Двір Rozhanka Nizhnyaya features 11 rooms equipped with high-speed internet and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels as well as a mini bar fridge, coffee and tea making facilities. Furnished with a writing table, they also have sound-proofed windows. Providing a separate toilet and a shower, the bathrooms are also appointed with hairdryers and bath sheets.
